DEXTER — Behind a historic nine-RBI performance from senior Charles Birdwell and a dominant collective effort on the mound, the No. 1 ranked East Mountain Timberwolves dismantled Dexter 35-0 on Tuesday.

The Timberwolves (13-1) wasted no time establishing dominance, exploding for a 20-run second inning that effectively ended the contest early. East Mountain outhit the Demons 31 to 3, utilizing a relentless approach at the plate that saw four different players record at least four hits.

Power at the Plate

Charles Birdwell led the hit parade, finishing 4-for-5 with two home runs and two doubles. His nine RBIs set a season-high for the senior. Birdwell wasn’t alone in the offensive onslaught:

  • Aidan Madrid: The senior went 4-for-5 with a double and 4 RBIs, crossing the plate twice.
