Sunday Market Announces Return for 2026 Season with Massive Opener on May 31st

The region’s biggest farmers and artisans market kicks off in Cedar Crest with over 80 vendors, live entertainment, and a critical food drive partnership to benefit East Mountain Food Pantry.

CEDAR CREST— Market organizers have officially announced the launch of the Sunday Market season, commencing on Sunday, May 31st, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Held in the parking lot directly adjacent to the Triangle Grocery in Cedar Crest, this free public event features the largest open-air gathering of farmers, artisans, and community vendors the East Mountains region has seen.

The entire community is invited to attend the season opener, which features a lineup of over 80 diverse vendors showcasing premium local agricultural produce, unique handmade artisanal crafts, fresh-baked goods, and local food.

In addition to the shopping experience, the Sunday Market features family entertainment throughout the afternoon. Scheduled performers and activities include live country music by Cowboy Scott Connors, a belly dancing showcase by Sivoney, and an interactive petting zoo hosted by the Maslena Rescue Foundation (which also features a dog adoption drive by Edgewood Animal Control). Professional face painting is also available for children and families.
