Property Patriots Launches Inaugural Christmas Coloring Contest and “Family Side Quest” to Support East Mountain Businesses

EAST MOUNTAINS — Property Patriots has announced the launch of a Christmas Coloring Contest, a community event designed to celebrate the holiday season while driving support to local small businesses. Running from December 6 through December 20, 2025, the event features both a creative competition for children and an interactive scavenger hunt for the whole family.

In a collaborative effort to highlight the local economy, Property Patriots has teamed up with six distinct local sponsors. Each participating location will serve as a distribution point for entry materials.

The Coloring Contest

Beginning December 6, families can visit any of the six sponsor locations to pick up an age-appropriate coloring page. Each business will host a different entry page, offering children a variety of designs to choose from.

Entry into the contest requires no purchase. To participate, parents must simply submit their child’s finished masterpiece by December 20. Submissions can be made by posting a photo of the artwork to the “Christmas 2025 Photo Album” on the Property Patriots Facebook page. Alternatively, families without social media access may email their entries to ziapropertypatriot@gmail.com.

Two winners will be selected per age group. Winners will be notified regarding their prizes on December 22 by 7:00 PM.

The Family Side Quest

In addition to the individual coloring contest, Property Patriots is introducing a “Family Side Quest” to encourage residents to explore the community.

To participate, families can request a “Side Quest Map” at any official pick-up point. The goal is to visit all six sponsoring businesses. Upon visiting a location and collecting a coloring page, participants will receive a unique sticker to place on their map.

Once the map is filled with stickers from all six locations, it can be returned to any of the participating businesses by the close of business on December 20. Completed maps will be entered into a random drawing for a massive Family Side Quest Prize Package.

The winning family will be selected via a random spin-of-the-wheel on December 22.

“There’s plenty of time to visit each location and check out these amazing East Mountain businesses,” the organizers stated in the announcement.
