EAST MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL SUMMER SOCCER CAMP FOR YOUTH ATHLETES

SANDIA PARK — The East Mountain High School boys soccer program has announced its third annual EMHS Soccer Camp, a weeklong summer program scheduled for June 1-5, 2026.
The camp, held at the Los Vecinos Community Center Soccer Field, is open to youth athletes from all area school districts who are looking to develop their skills, technical abilities and passion for the sport.
The summer program is divided into two distinct, age-specific brackets designed to accommodate different development levels:
- Elementary Age Camp: Tailored for students entering first through fifth grade, this session runs from 9 a.m. to noon daily. Participants will work directly with members of the East Mountain boys soccer team and coaching staff on fundamental techniques and skill-building activities. Registration is $150.
- Middle School Age Camp: Aimed at players entering sixth through eighth grade, this evening session runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Under the direction of Coach Oord and the high school coaching staff, athletes will focus on competitive skills necessary to transition into high school-level play. Registration is $80.

All registered participants will receive an official EMHS Camp T-shirt included with their tuition.
Organizers said the training curriculum will combine soccer-specific drills and structured games with an emphasis on safe and fun recreational activity.
