Bull Bash set for Saturday in Edgewood

EDGEWOOD — Top-tier bulls and bull riders are set to converge along the historic Mother Road as the 6th Annual Bull Bash on Old 66 returns on Saturday, Aug. 8.
The high-energy rodeo event, organized by the Salter Rodeo Company and announced by Jeremy Dossey, will take place at the East Mountain Cowboy Church arena located at 2234 Historic Route 66. A staple of the regional sports calendar, the showcase routinely draws nearly 1,000 fans to Edgewood.
Action kicks off in the morning with a youth rodeo at 10 a.m., highlighting the next generation of Southwest talent. The main event begins at 6 p.m., featuring a slate of trick riding, high-stakes bull riding, and championship-round action.
