MESD Preschool Opens Enrollment for Local 3 and 4 Year Olds

MORIARTY – The MESD Early Childhood Center is now enrolling students for the upcoming preschool year, offering full services for children aged three and four.
Located at 2422 E. Highway 333 in Moriarty, NM, the center prides itself on providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Its official motto, highlighted on a promotional flier (Image 0), is “Where Little Learners Grow, Play & Shine!”
A standout feature of the program is its accessibility; the center offers free tuition, transportation, and meals to its enrolled students. These comprehensive services are designed to eliminate common barriers to high-quality early childhood education for local families.
Beyond standard programming, the MESD Early Childhood Center provides critical child find screening for early intervention. This helps to identify any developmental delays or other issues in young children so that they can receive timely support and services, potentially mitigating future academic and social-emotional challenges.
The quality of the program is underscored by its status as a “Five Star Program,” a recognition and achievement that reflects its ongoing commitment to providing exceptional educational quality. Families enrolling their children at MESD can be confident that their children will be taught by a highly qualified team. All lead teachers are licensed professionals with a wealth of experience in early childhood education.
Parents interested in enrolling their children can contact the center for more information. Specific inquiries regarding enrollment can be directed to Brittany Lopez, the ECC Principal, who can be reached via email at brittany.lopez@mesd.us. General inquiries and contact can be made by calling the center directly at 505-832-6827. The center also maintains an online presence at mesd.us, where families can learn more about its programs and services.
With a mission of “Building Bright Futures Together!,” the MESD Early Childhood Center aims to provide a solid foundation for lifelong learning for its young students. The open enrollment period presents a significant opportunity for local families to secure high-quality early education and comprehensive support services for their three and four-year-olds.
